Your first introduction to the team is a call with the recruiting team. This conversation will cover your past work and what you’re looking for, motivations for joining the team, and an opportunity to ask any questions you have about us.
We’re looking for a mutual fit so we’ll aim to give you 5-10 minutes at the end for any questions you have.
If the team decides to move forward, your next call will be with our product team lead. This interview will cover your specific skills and past experiences as well as the type of product experiences you’ve had in the past. Expect questions about past projects, problem-solving approaches, and things that have gone well or not gone well.
You’ll also have 5-10 minutes for your questions at the end. It’s helpful to prepare a few thoughtful questions in advance.
You’ll receive the problem scenario at the start of the interview. The interviewer will act as your teammate and help answer any questions you have and guide you in the right direction; you will be driving this discussion. The goal is to come up with a solution and detail your approach and why you’ve chosen this solution. There is no right or wrong answer; we’re more curious to see how you go about understanding and solving problems.
